Constitutional Defenders of Texas
The level of frustration concerning the failure
of men and women who were elected to protect the Constitution is
overwhelming. Considering the number of unconstitutional acts
perpetrated by this congress, and especially this administration,
there is a need for Americans (We The People) to respond.
Constitutional Defenders of Texas has identified violations, and
violators representing the North Texas area.
Constitution Violations by Elected Officials are Increasing
The Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and when our
elected officials blatantly disregard its principles the threat to
our liberties require an immediate response from those who will be
adversely affected by such actions.
Your Federal Elected Representative has Only One Requirement...
...to support and defend the Constitution of the United States. It’s as
simple as that! Yet many of our elected representatives blatantly
violate or distort the Constitution in order to push forth their own
agenda. In many cases, long-term politicians have gone unscathed through
failure of their constituents to hold them accountable. It is up to us,
We the People
to change their unconstitutional behavior.
|JOB DESCRIPTION for Elected Officials (Oath of Office)
"I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the
Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign
and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the
same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental
reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and
faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am
about to enter: So help me God."
The Situation Must be Remedied
It is up to all of us to
hold our elected officials accountable.
The First Amendment gives citizens have the right to petition the government for
Redress of Grievances, and Constitutional Defenders of Texas encourages all
freedom-loving Americans to do so.
The word “redress” defined in the American Dictionary of The English
Language by Noah Webster 182:
The second action that can be taken is found in the principles of the
9th and 10th amendments. When the government goes beyond the enumerated
limitations of the Constitution, “We the People” must appeal to the 9th
and 10th amendments to protect our liberty.
